UPSC Civil Service (Preli.) Exam 2016 Result out, Check here :
The commission conducts the exam to select candidates to fill administrative positions in all-India services and central civil services, including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and others.
Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their results by visiting the UPSC official website.
Candidates who qualify in this preliminary examination will be allowed to attend the Main Examination. Candidates who clear the main examination will be called for the interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the main examination and the interview.

The Union Public Service Commission said 'The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website before filling up the online detailed examination form.'
Along with the time table of the main examination, the e-admit card will be uploaded on the Commission’s website to the eligible candidates around two weeks before the commencement of the main examination.
Candidates are also informed that marks, cut-off marks and answer keys of screening test will be uploaded on the Commission website only after the declaration of final result of Civil Services Examination, 2016, .
The Commission established a facilitation counter near the examination hall building on its campus at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi.
Candidates may obtain any information or clarification regarding their result on all working days from 10 am to 5 pm, in person or calling on telephone numbers 011-23385271, 011-23098543 or 011-23381125 from the facilitation counter.
